The first folio GY5169 consists of land located in Doohulla and Emlaghmore in Ballyconneely, Co. Galway. In Doohulla, there are circa 8.27 acres (3.35 hectares) of ground in total in this particular plot. Here the ground is bisected by the Ballyconneely to Roundstone road. The smaller section of ground is on the sea side of the road and the land runs down to a rocky shore.
