LOCATION
The Conor Pass is an internationally recognised landmark and the gateway to the Dingle Peninsula. The lands are located approximately 6km from Dingle Town. Dingle is 70km from Killarney and 49km from Tralee.
The lands are nestled at the foot of Mount Brandon in a tranquil setting adjacent to the village of Cloghane and overlook Brandon
Bay and the Atlantic Ocean with the Owenmore fishery forming the Western Boundary. The lands are accessed from the Conor Pass Road and the Conor Pass Hill provides a spectacular Southern Boundary and Sliabh Mhaca Ré forms the Eastern Boundary.
The property has extensive frontage to the Dingle-Castlegregory road providing a number of established vehicular access points.
