We were one of the first auctioneers in the country to move to online bidding during covid in 2020. I remember our first auction standing in a farmyard in Clara, Co. Offaly and selling our first lot to a person bidding from Abu Dabi. That was a surreal moment and proved that with the use of LSL’s online platform there was potential to bring in a new cohort of customers for properties which we were offering for sale. Since we’ve had many online only auctions as they are convenient and provide a layer of privacy that some purchasers desire.
